| How to enjoy | Please use appropriate glassware. Depending on the ambient temperature, serve this wine between 44 and 48 degree F. Decanting this wine for some hours before you enjoy it will benefit the expression of its character greatly, especially during the first 4 to 6 years of the wines life. |
| Food pairing | The balance of fresh acidity and sweetness pairs well with spicy food. We tried it on Sans Dumplings pork flavor with spicy dipping sauce and the wine complimented the food really well. Please explore...... |
| What you might taste | The color is light yellow. It could be described as a "mouthful" of wine. It shows much ripeness, vibrancy with beeswax, pineapple and a very attractive viscosity that keeps the palate dancing. |
