| How to enjoy | Please use appropriate glassware. Depending on the ambient temperature, serve this wine between 44 and 48 degree F. Decanting this wine for some hours before you enjoy it will benefit the expression of its character greatly. |
| Food pairing | This wine will pair well with food that has milder flavor such as lemon-butter fish, pan-fried scallops, or herb-seasoned roasted poultry. Dishes with a lot of spices producing heat may not pair well. |
| What you might taste | Medium straw in color, this wine has vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest and honey melon. The palate is light in weight while the 11.7% Alcohol provides a nice "touch of sweetness" to compliment the acidity on its "way out". |
