| What you might taste | Aromas of raisin, plum, dark cherry and mocha. Palate shows good structure with medium weight. Good balance between acidity and tannin with 13.1 % alcohol adding a sensation of sweetness. _____________________________________ TRIO - The 24% of vintage 2019 contributes to the maturity, texture and mocha-like aroma and flavor while the 35% of vintage 2020 adds weight to the palate, lifts the alcohol and adds aromas of raisin and plum. The 41% of vintage 2022 adds good structure to this wine due to the ripeness of tannins in last year's Pinot Noir as well as a balanced acidity giving this wine a "fresh lift" on the palate. |
